Sonja McGill

Spencer Fane | Board Member

Sonja McGill is a partner with Spencer Fane, a full-service law firm based in Dallas. She provides strategic advice and counsel across a spectrum of issues related to employee relations, discipline and terminations, EEO compliance for government contractors, and more.

Sonja is a Dallas native and an active member within the civic community. She is passionate about providing opportunities for all residents, no matter their background and currently volunteers her time supporting the SPCA of Texas, Coalition for a New Dallas, and the Dallas Regional Chamber of Commerce.
