Putting the "Park" back in
Fair Park
Phase 1 will feature the creation of a multi-acre Community Park, designed by Studio-MLA in conjunction with surrounding neighborhoods, and will also include the development of a 1.3-acre MLK Gateway Park.
The Community Park is the first step to putting the “Park” back in Fair Park. This will also serve as a transformative point in our history.
